That sucks. I made a flamethrower from a modded paintball gun once. But it was freaking expensive to shoot.

half second .......
i recon i could build one that uses gas/or petrol that would fire longer bursts i was thinking about this the other day while in ma garden need some thing to get rid o the dead grass(iv 10000 sq feet of dead grass heheh ) or maybe just a match :-)

Well it was adjustable, so we coulda cranked up to however long we wanted, but I thought the burst was pretty neat. It was great for scaring the bejesus out of people.
